Here's a link to an article that was written by the Horton's on their site while I was lettering their Project 32.

ALSO : there's a magazine article on me supposed to be coming out in the next issue of Pinstriping & Kustom magazine from the UK. It should be on the stands at Chapters around the 14 th of August .

nose art # 5

...finished # 5 today , it's 428 Ghost Squadron RCAF. H. A. Shewfelt was a pilot with a Lancaster in 428 that that collided with a Halifax on the return run from a bombing mission in 1944. Both crews were lost.

Performance World 2009

Spent 3 days at Performance World , striped a few new panels, did a bit of lettering....here's a few pics

      With the flourescents, it all has to be done in white first , then the colors go on top of the white so for 4 different colors I take 8 different steps !

latest septic truck

..here's the back of thew latest septic truck I did,...I'm in the middle of a new flourescent panel, a litle more complex than the last one . And another first , I lettered and striped a Bonneville car last week , but didn't quite get it finished so I'll get pics when I finish it this week .

finished up this panel a few days ago, it's done in flourescents but they don't show up well in a photo. In person they are REALLY bright !!

finished up a new "nose art" , this one is for # 431  Iroquois Squadron ....and did a pretty nice motorcycle last week .....Pinstriping UK is a magazine in England that wants to do a feature on me sometime this year...so I have to take some new pics of my work 'cause I resized all my pics and they are too small !

been a wierd summer ,...done a lot of jobs and had no camera, or they weren't intresting enough to write about. Spent a few days in the hospital while they topped up my blood level {5 bags full}...now I have to go for surgery on Tues. It's going to put me out of commision for a while but I've got a couple'a projects on the go for while I'm home. I've got another small "nose art" on the go as well as a few smaller pieces and an idea for a larger piece. Here's some pics from last week down at RM Restorations in Chatham {thanks to Stacy}. I striped a beautifull 1930 Packard , all double stripes, calculated it out to be about 180 feet of lines. And stopped in London and did a 1930 Oldsmobile . I'm havin trouble posting pics so I'll try tomorrow.
