my first course

Well, just gave my first "Pinstriping Basics" class on Saturday. I had 7 students , and they all seemed to be happy and had a good time.  David Brown (the Old Autos guy) attended and posted this on the Canadian Rodder.  We spent the morning "talkin' shop", then stopped for pizza, then we got the paint out! My friend Shawn, the shop owner, kept himself busy washing off the sign blanks so no student ever went without a clean spot to stripe. I have to start planning for one in the Ottawa area soon, then I'll probably do another down here again.

Back now after a 4 day trip to Ottawa , now I gotta get back to bookin' jobs , plus I gotta get my butt in gear and start gettin' ready to do a "basics course" , Lately I've got so many asking me to teach , I've decided to do a 1 day course , actually I've been taking down names since Bothwell '05 , and now figure I've got enough for 2 sessions in the Guelph-Milton area and also one up in the Ottawa area. A couple'a cool , rainy days in a row and I really miss the warm sunny ones already. This is the time of year when you have to start asking your customers " got a heated garage ??" 'cause you know {up here anyways} that the hot dry days left in 2006 are disappearing quickly.
