summer over ??

Back now after a 4 day trip to Ottawa , now I gotta get back to bookin' jobs , plus I gotta get my butt in gear and start gettin' ready to do a "basics course" , Lately I've got so many asking me to teach , I've decided to do a 1 day course , actually I've been taking down names since Bothwell '05 , and now figure I've got enough for 2 sessions in the Guelph-Milton area and also one up in the Ottawa area. A couple'a cool , rainy days in a row and I really miss the warm sunny ones already. This is the time of year when you have to start asking your customers " got a heated garage ??" 'cause you know {up here anyways} that the hot dry days left in 2006 are disappearing quickly.

first post

Well, this is my first post on my "brand new" blog, set up for me by my awesome wife Margot, who is a computer whiz and my biggest supporter. She showed me how to add photos { lots more to come} and now I have to start talkin'. This will be my 31st year at pinstriping, part time for 5 years, full time for the next 8 , then part time again for 6, and now full time since 1995. I do only hand painted stuff, no vinyl , never could get myself interested in doin' any vinyl stuff. It's been fun, I've met a lot of good people, and seen a lot of neat little Ontario & Quebec towns & cities . I'm still havin' fun and I hope I have many years more before my eyes , knees, back, or hands stop working ! Keep checkin' around as I'm gonna post some of my favorite jobs & some really neat vehicles .
